Natalie, today was my first #femlead chat and I found it interesting. For novices, however, there seemed to be no instructions about how to participate, so I used various approaches — Reply, #femlead, whatever I could find. What should I have done?
I’m guessing that RT means ReTweeted, but what does MT mean?

Sorry, I should have created some instructions — twitter chats can be confusing. RT= ReTweet and MT=Modified Tweet. When you reply to someone @username only people who follow both of you will see the tweet. Adding a hashtag like #femlead to a tweet means that people in the chat can follow the hashtag and thereby see all the tweets even from users they don’t follow. Glad you could join us!
